BIOGRAPHY
Ian Heyman has over twenty-two years of legal experience representing businesses large and small, ranging from start-ups to corporations with revenue in excess of $100 million dollars per year. When Ian’s father began suffering from light urinary incontinence Ian found that there were not any products available to serve his dad’s need for light drips and dribbles protection. Recognizing the need for products that fit securely but do not inhibit a man’s comfort and freedom, Ian immersed himself into the world on nonwoven technology, and began attending nonwoven industry seminars and classes in order to learn how such incontinence products were made.After several trial and error attempts to create the ideal product for men coping with light bladder leakage, Ian engaged engineers, consultants and organized a team of professionals dedicated to solving the problems Ian’s dad faced. After obtaining his first U.S. Patent for his invention, Ian’s company, Dermasteel Ltd., has launched its first product, MDP, in July of 2020. MDP provides the first truly anatomically conforming, self-adhering solution ever created for men with light bladder leakage.
