Misleading Studies, State Legislatures, and the FDA-Navigating the Evolving Landscape of Absorbent Hygiene Products
Tampon ingredient labeling, health misinformation, diaper sustainability, PFAS, and trade policies are shaping the regulatory and political landscape for the absorbent hygiene industry. Tariffs and trade dynamics add another layer of complexity, impacting market access and industry growth.
BAHP, a leading voice for the absorbent hygiene industry, helps ensure the private sector is ready for any incoming storms that could significantly alter the industry’s future. One bad regulation could shift the market overnight. One misleading study could send shockwaves through the industry. This session will update your organization on what to expect in the future and how to best prepare for the unknown. BAHP will outline its proactive approach to advocacy, share insights into key regulatory challenges, and equip attendees with strategies to stay ahead of the curve in an unpredictable landscape.
